Embodied Essence Session

By gently following and listening to the innate intelligence and wisdom that exists within the body, things such as; unresolved experiences, nervous system dysregulation, and deep emotional holding can show up to resolve or release. This session pairs light, hands-on somatic and energetic processing with the use of flower essences.
